MTV EMAs host Justin Timberlake has admitted he’s got jelly legs at the thought of presenting tomorrow’s awards bash to over 1.4bn people.

«I’m definitely more nervous hosting this show than performing one of my own», he said in a pre-show press conference, hosted by MTV UK News’s Tim Kash this morning (November 1). «It’s a huge responsibilty, I have to be master of ceremonies».

However the slinky-footed popster is hoping a bag of jokes he and his team have come up with will relieve the tension and get the audience giggling.

«I’ve had a lot of input into the show and a team of writers to help me, so a lot of it will be our jokes – hopefully people will find it funny!»

He also told a mass of journos from all over the world that despite the nerves he jumped at the chance to host the show when asked.

«It was a no-brainer», he laughed. «MTV always does the unexpected and has always been at the forefront of technology so I really wanted to be a part of it. Now I just want to crack a couple of jokes and have fun».
